We acknowledge the harsh reality of food insecurity affecting individuals and families in our local communities. Our future objective is to establish a food pantry that offers healthy food options, addressing the dietary needs of those with conditions like celiac disease.
As part of our mission to become self-sustaining, we plan to launch a community donation center. This center will not only generate revenue to support Strong Community Strong Economy but will also create job opportunities, thereby strengthening our local economy.
Furthermore, we are committed to continuously expanding our knowledge and fostering relationships with other community agencies. This collaborative effort will enable us to advocate for and effectively guide individuals in need.

Services Provided
We welcome and review all applications, with approval contingent upon genuine and substantiated need.
Our primary goal is to assist vulnerable individuals and families facing the risk of housing loss due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters or utility disconnections. Many of these individuals do not qualify for government emergency assistance or receive inadequate support.
We offer financial assistance to those in need of medical treatments or services not covered by health insurance. We also connect individuals with agencies that may provide additional resources specific to their circumstances.
Eligible households may apply for financial assistance of up to $6,000 per household within a 12-month period (subject to fund availability). This assistance can be used to maintain their current housing, cover overdue utility bills, address moving expenses, late rent or mortgage payments, and assist with eligible uncovered medical testing and expenses related to chronic long-term illnesses such as Lyme Disease and its co-infections.
At Strong Community Strong Economy, our mission is to stand with and support our community members during times of hardship and uncertainty.
